SHIPPING

Merlin Metal Jewellery will do our best to send out Ready-to-Ship pieces within 3-4 business days.

For Made-to-Order pieces, please expect a turn around time of 4-6 weeks for creation, casting, and finishing. 

We are currently shipping to the following destinations:

Ireland
Australia
New Zealand

*Unfortunately, shipping to the US has been suspended at this time*

Please be aware that you are responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or VAT that may apply upon arrival to your home country. Please review your country's customs and tax policies to avoid surprises!

Once your item has been shipped out, Merlin Metal Jewellery is not responsible.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are a local London, Ontario resident and would like to pick up your order, please choose the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout. You will receive notification when your order is ready, and I will reach out to arrange a date and time!

REFUND POLICY

As each piece is bespoke and handcrafted, Merlin Metal Jewellery does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Please be sure to verify your ring sizes and your choice before purchase.
